I won't ask the TTW forums for this, because their rules are too different from Nexus. Here's my problem. If you have TTW, then you would probably recognize this problem straight away. The DC Super Mutants are not using their assault rifles. They're fighting with just their fists. Now, some are saying that it's a mod-related problem. Perhaps it is, and I may have my mods in the wrong load order. In that case, here is my list of active mods and the given load order. The ones with the asterisks on them are FO3 converted into TTW.

May 02, 2014 USF4 T Hawk Condor Spire frame data test and baiting DPs. T.Hawk is a mobility based grappler. While other characters like Zangief or Hugo are stuck doing much of their mid to long range game by creeping forward, T.Hawk is unique in having Condor dive. Hawk's entire tribe and village has been left in ruins by the hands of M. Bison and the Shadaloo organization. Having his tribe driven from their home land, his father murdered by Bison, and his true love Julia brainwashed into becoming a member of Bison's 'Dolls' project, T. Hawk wants nothing more than to take down M.

“When you choose the Karmic Rebalance perk, your Karma is instantly set to Neutral.”
Karmic Rebalance is a perk added to Fallout 3 with the Broken Steeladd-on.
EffectsEdit
Taking this perk instantly sets the Lone Wanderer's Karma to Neutral, but does not keep it that way (the Karma can still go to Good or Evil).
NotesEdit
It is generally inadvisable to take this perk as the task of returning to neutral Karma is quite easy. Donating to churches, such as Saint Monica's Church or the Church of Atom (if seeking to raise Karma), stealing (if seeking to lower Karma), or using owned computer terminals (if seeking to lower Karma) can quickly re-adjust one's Karma as desired.
Similar perks such as Devil's Highway (set Karma to Very Evil) and Escalator to Heaven (set Karma to Very Good) along with this perk can be used to obtain the Achievement/Trophies for reaching level 30 with associated Karma levels.
